Job Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and calculate customers’ monthly cloud bills.

  • Create and send invoices for customers in the Southeast Asia region.

  • Prepare weekly sales analysis reports, monthly management reports, and assist in financial reporting activities.

  • Monitor customer spending trends and collaborate closely with account managers.

  • Drive improvements to reporting tools and processes to enhance actionable insights.

  • Lead forecast, QBR, and annual review meetings, ensuring accountability to targets.

  • Act as the main liaison between Finance and external accounting agencies.

  • Provide support for external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Manage day-to-day sales operations, including quota alignment and incentive plans.

  • Handle contract management tasks and onboard customers to public cloud vendors’ resale console.

  • Oversee HRIS system management and collaborate with IT for onboarding.

  • Process payments efficiently and accurately using company platforms.

Job Requirements:

  • Recognized degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales operation experience.

  • Proficiency in sales management systems, particularly Salesforce.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

  • Highly motivated with a drive to exceed corporate objectives.

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Demonstrates sound business judgment and ability to influence others.

  • Bonus points for direct experience in new market penetration, familiarity with public cloud industry, cross-cultural working experience, and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Xero, Google Sheet, etc.
