Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Lead general affairs functions, including facility management and administrative support
Develop and manage HR and GA budgets
Implement HRIS and other HR technology solutions
Collaborate with senior management on strategic HR initiatives
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Previous experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is preferred
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
