Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the design, planning, and execution of plant expansion projects.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and timelines.
Monitor and maintain plant facilities, including structural integrity, utilities, and overall infrastructure.
Lead the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve structural, electrical, and mechanical issues.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize plant operations.
Ensure all projects adhere to budgetary constraints while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Coordinate with other engineers, project managers, and department heads to support overall factory operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in plant engineering, facilities management, or infrastructure projects in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of successful project management in factory expansion or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
