On behalf of our client, a leading multinational logistics company, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager specializing in airfreight to drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with global clients, manage key accounts, and contribute to the expansion of the company’s airfreight logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target airfreight customers or LCL 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.

  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions, emphasizing airfreight services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, pricing) to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the logistics sector.

  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote airfreight services.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of sales experience in logistics, with a focus on airfreight services.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong network within the airfreight industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
