Job Responsibilities:
Lead and execute sales strategies for the Indonesian market
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors

Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in Indonesia
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or safety equipment sector
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Strong network within Indonesian industrial sectors
Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Experience in managing distributor relationships
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
