Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
Manage tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns and reports.
Conduct tax planning and forecasting to minimize tax liabilities.
Monitor changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide tax advice on business transactions and initiatives.
Lead and mentor tax staff to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven experience as a Tax Manager
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
Tax Brevet A & B
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
