Select Headhunter is pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for an experienced National Sales Manager to join our prestigious client in the FMCG sector based in Bali. This senior leadership role offers the chance to shape national sales strategies and lead a substantial team while working directly with the company's founders in a growing organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to increase sales in established markets and expand into new geographical areas

  • Establish key modern trade accounts with supermarkets and large local modern trade partners

  • Set comprehensive sales strategy encompassing HORECA, MT, GT, and online sales channels

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team of 15 people

  • Establish and maintain key client relationships

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Create and present sales performance reports to senior management

  • Collaborate with marketing team for campaign alignment

  • Manage sales budget and resources effectively

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years sales experience with 3 years in a national or regional sales management role

  • Strong Modern Trade experience, with exposure to HORECA and GT

  • Experience with quality FMCG products targeting middle-class consumers

  • Proven track record in sales leadership

  • Strong understanding of Indonesian market dynamics to expand distribution footprint

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian
