Job Responsibilities:
Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers in target companies
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing networks and connections
Conduct strategic presentations to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing arrangements
Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis
Manage and report on all sales activities and client interactions
Create and implement business development plans
Job Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years at General Manager level or above
Extensive network within consumer goods and food industry
Proven track record of achieving significant sales targets and business growth
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent relationship building and management capabilities
Strategic thinking and planning abilities
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
