Our client, a well-established multinational company in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced HRGA/IT Manager to join their leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee both Human Resources/General Affairs and Information Technology functions, reporting directly to the President Director.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead organizational planning, protocol implementation, and employment strategies
Oversee employee training, orientation programs, and career development initiatives
Manage job classification systems and maintain up-to-date job descriptions
Direct compensation strategies and employee relations programs
Supervise recruitment processes and TD officer activities
Oversee IT operations and supervise the IT team
Manage legal compliance and coordinate with Legal Officers
Handle salary negotiations, budgeting, and expense control
Coordinate benefits administration and general office management
Lead and develop a team including Recruitment & TD Officers, Legal Officers, C&B Sr. Officers, and IT Supervisors
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
8+ years of progressive experience in HR/GA and IT management
Proven track record in leading multiple departments simultaneously
Strong understanding of HR practices and IT infrastructure management
Excellence in organizational planning and team leadership
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with HRIS and relevant HR/IT software
Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations
