Job Responsibilities:
Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for the sales team
Develop sales capabilities frameworks and assessment tools
Create and maintain sales training materials and documentation
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify training needs
Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
Collaborate with sales managers to align training with business objectives
Implement best practices in sales methodology and techniques
Organize and conduct sales workshops and training sessions
Track and report on training effectiveness and ROI
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competition
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training or sales capability development
Proven track record in the alcohol/beverage industry
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and sales management tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in creating training content and materials
Valid driver's license and willing to travel within Bali
