On behalf of our client, a leading premium alcohol brand in Bali, Select Headhunter is seeking a Sales Capability Manager to join their dynamic team. Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for the sales team

  • Develop sales capabilities frameworks and assessment tools

  • Create and maintain sales training materials and documentation

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify training needs

  • Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their performance

  • Collaborate with sales managers to align training with business objectives

  • Implement best practices in sales methodology and techniques

  • Organize and conduct sales workshops and training sessions

  • Track and report on training effectiveness and ROI

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competition

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales training or sales capability development

  • Proven track record in the alcohol/beverage industry

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and sales management tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in creating training content and materials

  • Valid driver's license and willing to travel within Bali
