Job Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational growth and efficiency.
Lead HR transformation initiatives to enhance workforce capability, engagement, and performance.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and policies.
Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to enhance decision-making.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or managerial role within the consumer goods, FMCG, or retail industry.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into impactful HR solutions.
Proven experience in driving HR transformation and organizational change.
