Our client, a leading distributor in consumer goods, is seeking a strategic and dynamic HRBP Manager to drive HR transformation and continuous improvement within the organization. This role requires a smart and proactive HR professional who can act as a true business partner—aligning people strategies with business objectives to create a high-performing work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational growth and efficiency.

  • Lead HR transformation initiatives to enhance workforce capability, engagement, and performance.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes and policies.

  • Support talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.

  • Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to enhance decision-making.

  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work culture.

  • Oversee change management initiatives to ensure smooth business transitions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or managerial role within the consumer goods, FMCG, or retail industry.

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into impactful HR solutions.

  • Proven experience in driving HR transformation and organizational change.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.

  • Proficient in HR analytics, workforce planning, and talent development.
