Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Lead compensation and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Direct training and development programs
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning
Manage the HR team and budget
Job Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations
Previous experience in mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
HRMP/SHRM certification is an advantage
