Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs

  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development

  • Lead compensation and benefits administration

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

  • Direct training and development programs

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures

  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation

  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning

  • Manage the HR team and budget

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations

  • Previous experience in mining, manufacturing, or industrial sectors preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities

  • HRMP/SHRM certification is an advantage
