Our client is a leading building material manufacture is a dynamic and rapidly growing company on the path to an Initial Public Offering (IPO). As part of their strategic growth and to ensure operational excellence, they are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transition and support our IPO process.

The Integration Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the smooth transition of our ERP system, ensuring alignment across departments, and optimizing processes to support our upcoming IPO. This position requires a proactive leader with deep experience in ERP systems, project management, and financial compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead ERP Transition: Manage the end-to-end integration of a new ERP system, ensuring seamless data migration, system compatibility, and minimal disruption to daily operations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, HR, operations, and other key departments to align ERP functionalities with business needs and objectives.

  • Data Integrity and Compliance: Ensure all data is accurate, secure, and compliant with financial regulations and standards, especially in preparation for the IPO.

  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the ERP system to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve reporting capabilities.

  • IPO Readiness: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the ERP system supports all necessary financial reporting and compliance requirements for the IPO.

  • Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget ERP implementation.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to staff on the new ERP system, ensuring high adoption rates and effective usage.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the ERP transition process and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP integration and project management, preferably in a company preparing for an IPO.

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.

  • Experience in financial compliance and reporting, particularly in the context of an IPO.

  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
