Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compensation programs
Lead training and development initiatives for workforce capability building
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
Manage industrial relations and union negotiations
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare programs
Oversee payroll and benefits administration
Handle grievance procedures and disciplinary actions
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Previous experience in forestry, agriculture, or natural resources sector is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations
Excellent command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Experience in managing remote workforce and multiple site operations
Proven track record in talent management and organizational development
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willingness to be based in Kalimantan
