Select Headhunter is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager for our client, a leading producer of high-quality rubber products based in Aceh, Indonesia. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, our client serve both domestic and international markets, providing superior rubber solutions across various industries. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals.

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies across the organization.

  • Administer performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee feedback.

  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable rewards for employees.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management as needed.

  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the rubber industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.

  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
