Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding
Manage performance evaluation systems and compensation programs
Lead employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
Partner with department heads on workforce planning
Drive employee engagement and retention programs
Job Requirements
Previous experience in FMCG industry strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices
Proven track record in talent management and development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
