Job Responsibilities:
Oversee material management, operations, and customer service management
Achieve local top-line operations and material KPIs (utilization and inventory coverage).
Improve subsidiary profitability through efficiency optimization and cost management in operational and logistic processes.
Implement, execute, and continuously optimize commercial, reverse logistics, and material management processes.
Integrate operations and material planning into financial planning processes.
Manage portfolio within the subsidiary and collaborate with the Regional Head of Operations.
Ensure material quality according to centrally defined standards.
Lead improvement projects, business development opportunities, and strategic targets.
Facilitate smooth integration with other departments like Sales, Engineering, and Finance.
Job Requirements:
Degree and/or appropriate qualification in business management, general management, or Operations/Logistics.
Minimum of 5 years of operational/logistics experience in construction
Practical knowledge of cost control and management.
Health and Safety Qualification.
Proven management, intercultural, and social competence.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and general knowledge of other relevant systems.
Fluent in English
