Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth in both domestic and international markets.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring the development and implementation of effective marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
Oversee market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape insights that inform strategic decisions.
Manage the company’s digital marketing efforts, including online presence, social media strategy, and digital advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with sales and product development teams to create integrated marketing plans that support product launches and sales initiatives.
Establish and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Drive the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials, to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the chemical or industrial sector.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, particularly in the chemical industry, including product marketing, brand management, and digital marketing.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and business results.
