Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth in both domestic and international markets.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring the development and implementation of effective marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.

  • Oversee market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape insights that inform strategic decisions.

  • Manage the company’s digital marketing efforts, including online presence, social media strategy, and digital advertising campaigns.

  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to create integrated marketing plans that support product launches and sales initiatives.

  • Establish and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

  • Drive the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials, to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.

  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the chemical or industrial sector.

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics, particularly in the chemical industry, including product marketing, brand management, and digital marketing.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and business results.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in leveraging market research and data analytics to inform marketing decisions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spending to achieve maximum impact.
