Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.

  • Lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Design and execute talent management and development programs to attract, retain, and nurture top talent within the organization.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and organizational commitment.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards, particularly in the context of the chemical industry.

  • Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR insights and recommendations that drive business performance and growth.

  • Manage and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of HR services across the company.

  • Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet organizational needs

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the chemical or manufacturing industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in managing change and driving cultural transformation within an organization.

  • Ability to think strategically and manage operationally, balancing long-term goals with day-to-day HR activities.
