Job Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize operational performance across Indonesia and Singapore markets
Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with company objectives
Manage P&L responsibility and budget oversight
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners
Drive operational excellence and process improvements
Lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations
Monitor market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly
Oversee performance metrics and provide regular reporting to executive leadership
Job Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of driving outbound telesales teams
Previous experience to benefits, rewards or membership programs
Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Fluent in English; Indonesian language skills highly advantageous
Experience in implementing operational excellence initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
