Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets for the Indonesia market.
Oversee all aspects of country operations, including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and government agencies.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Well Services sector, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business unit or country operation.
Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, with in-depth knowledge of well services and related technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive operational excellence, and achieve financial goals.
Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
