Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Support sales team with data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance.

  • Manage sales CRM system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in Korean.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related role within the technology sector.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

  • Experience with sales CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
