Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify areas for process optimization and lead initiatives to streamline workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve operational excellence.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and track progress.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation and adoption of best practices.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or related roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred.
