On behalf of our client, a renowned hospitality establishment in Bali, Select Headhunter is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the learning culture of a well-known hospitality organization while living in one of the world's most beautiful destinations.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals
Conduct training needs assessments across all departments
Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and learning content
Lead orientation programs for new employees
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback
Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and development needs
Manage the training budget and resources
Ensure compliance with hospitality industry standards and regulations
Coordinate with external training providers when necessary
Maintain training records and documentation
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field
Minimum 7 years of L&D experience in hospitality sector, with 5 years of experience as 5 manager
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Strong project management and organizational abilities
