This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the learning culture of a well-known hospitality organization while living in one of the world's most beautiful destinations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct training needs assessments across all departments
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and learning content
- Lead orientation programs for new employees
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and development needs
- Manage the training budget and resources
- Ensure compliance with hospitality industry standards and regulations
- Coordinate with external training providers when necessary
- Maintain training records and documentation
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of L&D experience in hospitality sector, with 5 years of experience as 5 manager
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
