Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company’s revenue targets and market share goals.
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer acquisition and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to drive business growth and expand market reach.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and product expansion.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within the chemical or industrial sector.
Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
