Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company’s revenue targets and market share goals.

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer acquisition and retention.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to drive business growth and expand market reach.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and product expansion.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

  • Monitor sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management, and making data-driven adjustments to strategies.

  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial and operational goals.

  • Oversee the development of pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and sales plans to optimize profitability and market penetration.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • A minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within the chemical or industrial sector.

  • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth.

  • Strong leadership skills with a history of building and managing successful sales teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Deep understanding of the chemical industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and product applications.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage sales data and market insights to inform strategy and decision-making.

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and oversee sales operations.
