Job Description

Select Headhunter is looking for a HRGA and Finance Staff for our client, a medical equipment from Korea in Jakarta. The HRGA and Finance Staff is responsible for managing a variety of tasks within the Human Resources, General Affairs, and Finance departments. This includes handling payroll, invoicing, and KITAS processes, as well as managing general office duties and assisting with the needs of the CEO. The role requires multitasking, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payments and manage employee records and documentation.
  • Handle general office management tasks, including office supplies, maintenance, and facilities management.
  • Manage invoicing processes and follow up on payments.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budget planning and handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee KITAS processes and documentation for expatriate employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HRGA and finance roles.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  •  Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy and proficient in excels.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
