Job Description

Select Headhunter is looking for a creative, strong-minded Brand Manager for our client, consumer goods company in personal care focusing on organic baby skin care products, committed to providing safe, natural, and high-quality solutions for babies, toddlers, and mothers. Their products are renowned for their gentle formulations, free from harmful chemicals and artificial additives. With a focus on promoting health and well-being, the company is dedicated to nurturing the delicate skin of little ones while fostering sustainability and environmental consciousness. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth for our organic baby skin care product line.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and marketing to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage brand budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve strategic goals.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, packaging, and promotional campaigns to effectively communicate the brand message and value proposition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, distributors, and influencers to expand brand reach and distribution channels.
  • Analyze sales performance data and consumer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements related to organic baby skin care products to inform brand positioning and product innovation.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the baby care or skincare industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns and brand experiences.
  • Result-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques, including social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
