Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a sales leader in the Digital Transformation Consultancy sector, preferably within Jakarta.
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
