  • Implement process improvements to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance through analysis of quality, productivity, and satisfaction reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex cases and customer complaints.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Design and deliver training programs for agents, ensuring consistent onboarding and ongoing development.
  • Participate in strategic planning initiatives to align customer service goals with company objectives.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team of customer service professionals.
